Communications with heart,
for impact with purpose.

Hi there! We’re Su and Umay. We started Sumi with a simple wish:
to use our skills and creativity to do meaningful work with good people.

A logo featuring a pink female gender symbol with a raised clenched fist inside the circle, surrounded by the text 'Women Owned Small Business' arranged in a circular pattern.

That wish actually started when we were still colleagues (not yet co-founders) having long chats about work, life, and what really excites us. We realized pretty quickly that the projects that lit us up weren’t the biggest or flashiest, but the ones where we felt truly connected to the mission and the people behind it.

What we’re here for:

A workspace with a desk, a black cat, a wooden shelf with books, plants, and decorative items, and multiple digital screens and windows including a social media profile, a website for kids coding, and an advertisement for body positivity.

That became our guiding star: if we didn’t care deeply about what we were working on, we couldn’t do our best.

Today, almost three years in, and with experience ranging from global brands to grassroots campaigns, we’ve seen time and time again, how intentional storytelling can shift narratives, move communities, and build trust.

We know now we've made the right choice.

What we believe in:

👉 To work with people who care.
👉 To help changemakers, community-builders, and creative disruptors.
👉 To make sure right people had the tools to reach their audience, grow and create lasting impact.

👉 We believe good work starts from the inside out.
👉 We commit deeply to building a future rooted in equity, inclusivity, and joy.
👉 We care: for the people we work with, the communities they serve, and the change they’re working toward.
